Refund policy

Lithic Age is committed to providing every customer with an outstanding shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with the purchased items, please refer to the following return policy:

Return Period: Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions:

- Items must remain unworn and undamaged in their original condition
- Must include original packaging and all accessories (certificates, gift boxes, etc.)
- Customized/personalized items are not eligible for return
- Final sale items are not eligible for return

Return Process:

- Send an email to Lithic Age to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- Once confirmed, send the item back to the specified address (shipping costs are borne by the buyer)
- After the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 business days
